No matter what the issue I had with my hearing aids from I lost one, I broke one, it's not fitting quite right, it needs to be cleaned, I need changes made...it didn't matter. They got me in and took care of the issue and made sure they kept working at it until it was a great fit for ME. When it was time to get a new pair of hearing aids they took so much time explaining all the different options and stayed to make sure ALL my questions were answered. Super friendly and take care of their customers!!

They don’t just sell hearing aids, they focus on hearing optimization. It is critical to follow up after buying hearing aids. I go every two months and they clean my ears and hearing aids. After that it’s like getting new hearing. It’s amazing. The after purchase care makes all the difference to my hearing. This is part of their program and I look forward to every visit. I think dirty hearing aids work like ear plugs and does wax build up if not removed. I believe associated hearing ensures I’m hearing as well as possible. I highly recommend them. I won’t go anywhere else!

Honestly I was impressed and shall likely buy hearing aids and a service package from this provider. Update (four months later): I did purchase completely in the canal Starkey hearing aids with a service package. I can truthfully say I am a completely satisfied customer. The outstanding service continued throughout the fitting and adjustment process. I was having a problem with the aids "walking out" or loosening in my ear canal which could lead to losing them in some situations. They sent them back to the factory to add an invisible retainer---problem solved! I don't know what else to say, except that I am very happy with the product and service I have received
